Suzanne Carlson is the owner and Superhost of The Beach House. Since 2002, she has been welcoming guests to her waterfront house with full amenities. She takes pride in getting five-star reviews for having a comfortable private house, an amazing location, a stunning view of Shuswap Lake in a mosquito-free environment.

The Beach House is a deluxe waterfront house on a private, child-friendly beach in Sorrento, British Columbia. It has three furnished bedrooms with access doors to a 1,500 square ft. patio. This area leads to a private beach, new dock, swim dock, and buoy for tying up your boat. Unlike other areas in the Shuswap, this is a totally mosquito-free area.
Here, you’ll get to enjoy spectacular views of Copper Island and Shuswap Lake from your living room and bedroom windows. You can walk along the beach of Blind Bay or just sit around the campfire for those evening sing-alongs and marshmallows roasts.
After a busy day of watersports, you can have fun playing outdoor ping pong. You can also relax and enjoy the gas fireplace while watching television or our selection of movies. In addition, you can just listen to the stereo while playing your favorite board games.

The Beach House is located on Blind Bay in the Shuswap, surrounded by the Okanagan and Cariboo Valley. We are 40-minutes east of Sun Peaks and Kamloops, 20-minutes west of Salmon Arm, and 40-minutes southeast of Silver Star and Vernon in beautiful British Columbia.
Our waterfront house is close to all services and amenities. We are only 3 minutes away from Sorrento, which has grocery stores, pharmacies, medical clinics, service stations, liquor stores, bank machines, hardware stores, and pubs. We are also 5 minutes away from the Shuswap Marina and Shuswap Estates Golf and Country Club. In addition, we are close to three ski hills.
